After a day's recording at Holy Mountain I locked myself in my practice space with Estasy and spent the rest of the night doing a Remix for GNOD. If you don't know GNOD, they are one of the best psych bands out there sounding like a cross between Hawkwind, the Happy Mondays and the Manson family and with a new album INGNODWETRUST due out in April on Rocket Recordings you'll hopefully be seing a lot more of them. The song we remixed -Vatican- is an unholy 2-step beast of a tune. We gave it an extra layer of filth and weirdness as well as an ode to our favorite Rolling Stones track. Photo by Marko Righo.
